We specialize in delivering high-quality, culturally accurate translation, interpretation, and transcription services to support the mission-critical needs of our government partners. We seek an experienced Program Manager to oversee a linguist services contract, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. This position is contingent upon award of a contract. 

The Program Manager will manage a large-scale language services contract, supporting federal agency needs such as the DEA Title III Wiretap program. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of translation, transcription, and interpretation services, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, managing program resources, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities:
-Program Management: Oversee all aspects of the linguist services contract, including management, supervision, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
-Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and other government stakeholders, providing clear and timely communication on project status and deliverables.
-Staff Management: Manage a team of linguists, project coordinators, and support staff across multiple locations nationwide, ensuring efficient use of resources and compliance with contract requirements.
-Quality Assurance: Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure adherence to ISO and ASTM standards for translation and interpretation services.
-Financial Oversight: Monitor project budgets, prepare detailed financial reports and ensure adherence to contractual obligations. Use tools like Unanet to track and report costs.
-Performance Reporting: Prepare and submit monthly reports and other required documentation, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of project activities. 

Qualifications: 
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Project Management, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field (required). 

-10+ years of experience in Federal Law Enforcement. DEA Experience is preferred. 

-10+ years of experience managing large projects for federal clients. 

-5+ years of experience managing contracts involving linguist services, including translation, transcription, and interpretation (required). 

-Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (required). 

-Experience managing programs with dispersed teams and multiple locations (required). 

-Knowledge of federal reporting requirements, including Call Detail Reports (CDRs) (required). 

-Experience with Title III Wiretap programs or other federal programs requiring language support (preferred). 

Preferred Skills: 
-Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or Organizational Leadership.
-Lean Six Sigma Certification or similar training in process improvement.
-Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) or familiarity with government accounting practices.
-Experience supporting 24/7 operations and managing surge capacity effectively.
-Familiarity with Unanet, Chronus and other project management tools. 

 Skills & Competencies: 
-Strong Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively with government stakeholders and team members.
-Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, ensuring successful project outcomes.
-Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of project management software and tools like Unanet for tracking costs and hours.
-Analytical Skills: Capable of analyzing project data to identify areas for improvement and ensure project success.
-Detail-Oriented: Ensure accuracy in reporting, contract management, and service delivery.
